Total Square Footage 1500-2500 $0.45/sqft 2501-3500 $0.50/sqft 3501-4500 $0.55/sqft 4501+ $0.60/sqft The above cost is for complete design of the home from initial meeting to sign off. Drawings included are Elevations, Floor plans, Electrical Plans, and Foundation, Framing and Roof plans prepared for the engineering phase. Site Plans can be designed for additional cost of $150. Re-Design will be at an additional lesser cost per sqft.
